How long does it take to get a quote?
We respond to all quote requests by the next business day. If you call during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm), we typically produce an initial quote range on the same call, with a written quote to follow once the scope details are confirmed.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Cleaning agreements are typically structured as 12-month contracts with a 30-day written termination clause. Shorter arrangements are available for seasonal or project-based work. We do not require multi-year commitments, and we do not enforce contracts that have a documented, uncorrected service failure.
Are your crews insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations, and every crew member is bonded. A certificate of insurance is available with every written quote. See the insured and bonded page for the specifics.
What happens if a cleaning is missed?
A missed cleaning is a service failure and is treated as one. You report it, we confirm receipt, and we arrange a make-up service within 24 hours or credit the missed visit from the next invoice. Repeated missed services trigger a formal review of crew assignment, not a new excuse.
Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. All cleaning products, equipment, and supplies are provided by us and are not billed separately. If you require specific products—for example, a fragrance-free disinfectant for a medical suite—that requirement goes into the scope of work and we supply it.
Can I change the cleaning schedule after we start?
Yes. Schedule changes are handled with a written scope modification and typically take effect within two weeks of the request. Emergency schedule adjustments for one-off situations (a Monday holiday, a late-running event) are handled by direct contact with the crew coordinator.
Do you serve cities outside of Savage?

What size buildings do you clean?
We work with facilities from approximately 1,500 sq ft (a small professional office) up to 50,000 sq ft (a distribution center or multi-tenant commercial building). Facilities outside this range should call to discuss whether the service is a fit.
How long have you been in business?
22 years. The business has operated in the South Metro continuously since 2003. We have cleaned facilities in every market condition this area has produced in that time.
